Do you offer Medicare rebate?
No, Medicare does not cover counselling at this stage, so you do not receive a rebate, also you do not require a mental health care plan from your GP to access counselling services. This benefits you if you wish to keep your sessions off of your public health records.
Do you accept health fund or private insurance?
You may be able to claim health care rebate through your private health insurance provider, however you need to discuss it with your provider.
Do you accept health care plan?
You do not require health care plan to access counselling however if you do have a plan, we can see if we can support your need.
Do you prescribe medications?
No, we do not prescribe medications.
Do you provide kids or teen counselling?
Yes, we do.
Do you provide online counselling?
Yes, we do. We provide both face-to-face and online counselling sessions.
Do you provide couples counselling?
Yes, we provide couples counselling.
Do you provide counselling to NDIS clients?
No, we do not provide counselling to NDIS clients at the moment.
Do you accept referrals?
You do not require a referral to access counselling.
